Customers will receive a refund 7 working days after your returned parcel has been received, providing it is within the returns period and the items are eligible.
We do not send out confirmations that your returns have been received.
You will need to use your tracking number to know the date your parcel has been delivered. Only email the office AFTER this date, if you have not yet received your refund.
Our team will no longer answer emails if customers do not take the time to read our returns policy. All information has been clearly stated below.
Items returned after 14 working days will not be refunded.

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, you are welcome to contact us to discuss the issue or you can return the item(s) back to us within 14 working days of your order being received. Customers may post their parcels or return their parcel to the returns address in person. AWRA does not cover delivery costs. This is customer responsibility.

If you decide to drop off your parcel, it MUST be handed to a member of staff in reception, so AWRA can be contacted of its return, in order for you to receive your refund. Please write the date you have dropped the parcel off on the parcel itself. 

We are not liable for any missing parcels. 


All items are to be returned with:

- original tags still attached

- original packaging

- in re-saleable condition

- your order number


Any items which show signs of wear such as makeup stains, marks, holes in the fabric, missing elements or perfume will not be issued a refund. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all items are returned as requested by AWRA.

Any torn, stained or damaged items in transit due to poor packaging will not be refunded.

If a faulty item has been received, please contact us immediately and we will assist you further. Faulty products can be replaced for the same item (subject to stock), refunded or issued a store voucher. The options offered to each customer will be based on each individual circumstance and is at the discretion of the team. The matter will be dealt with by our team.

Discount codes are only valid at checkout upon purchase.

Items that have been purposely damaged will not be accepted or issued a refund. 

Refunds are issued within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) using the same method of payment. 

We don't send out emails to customers to alert them their return has been received. If you have not received a refund within 7 working days of your parcel being delivered, kindly contact our customer service with your order number for further assistance. We encourage returns to be sent back tracked for this reason.

If the team are away, this does not count as a working day. Normal service will resume upon our return. All information and dates of our absence will be provided on our website homepage.

Items returned to our offices that are missing tags, packaging or labels, will not be refunded. Customers are liable for delivery fees to have their items returned to them. Failure to do so gives AWRA the right to dispose of the items. We allow up to 7 days for invoices to be paid for customer redelivery, before we dispose of any items.

Postage for returns are non-refundable.

Underpaid postage costs will not be paid by AWRA so please ensure the correct amount has been attached to the parcel. Failure to do so will result in the item being sent back to the customer by the courier and it having to be re-sent all over again - meaning, more costs for the customer. Please take care when returning items.

Clearance items that state on the listing that they are non-returnable are not eligible for returns. 




From 1st January 2021, the UK will leave the EU.

Customers have 14 working days to return any item(s).

Once received, we will issue you a refund within 7 working days. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded, this is customer responsibility.

Parcels that are returned to us due to unpaid customs tax, incorrect shipping addresses or delivery refusals will be refunded. AWRA will not refund delivery charges. International orders over £150 that qualified for free delivery that are returned under these circumstances will have delivery costs deducted from the total amount of their returned parcel. 

AWRA will need to be contacted within 3 working days of any faulty items received. 

Please note that overseas returns must state on the CN22 that the items in the package you are sending back are for a return/refund. AWRA HIJABS LTD does not pay or cover any custom charges. This will result in your parcel being returned to you and lost money spent in postage for the customer. 

As part of our international returns policy, AWRA HIJABS LTD will wait a further 10 working days to issue international returns in the event that customs tax is charged to the returned parcel.
